Cyber Hoops Update


Cyber hoops will be completely different next season. In a week or so there will be a draft. Read very carefully the rules of next years league: Each person will be given one team. It does not matter what team you pick. In fact the worse the team is the higher you'll be able to pick. For example if you choose the clippers you will get the second pick in the first round of the draft and you will probably pick Allen Iverson if he doesn't go first or you will pick Shaq if he doesn't go first. The order in which the teams will be picked are determinded by their record the previous year in either cyber hoops or in the NBA. For example if you pick the Lakers you will probably have the last pick but if you pick the pistons; who were not in the cyber hoops this year you will probably get a very good pick because they had a terrible season. The draft picks are all based on winning percentages. You will only pick 5 players in the draft; these players will be your starters. The other 7 players for your team will be signed as free agency. Then during the season the games will be based on the matchups at each position. For example if you have Shaq vs. Luc Longley Shaq will win and one point will go to shaqs team. And if Shaq's team is all better than the other team it will be 12-0 and the score will be overwhelming. The bench will be how many players are not starting. For example if you have 10 players on your team, the bench will be worth 5 points. More rules will be posted soon... click here if you have questions.
